You need to pay the nightly fees charged by the resort in Cabo at Check Out.  If nightly fees are not paid at the resort your credit card will be charged plus additional Service Charges.

For Studios and One bedroom the charge per night is $15.00 for 2-4 Persons.
For Two Bedrooms the charge per night is $20.00 for 2-4 Persons and $30.00 for 4-6 Persons.
For Three Bedroom the charge per night is $30.00 for 6-8 Persons, car parking fee $5.00 per day.
Car parking fee is $5.00 per day.
